Our aim is to cut down the total cost of supply chain for our clients. We provide one on one personal customer service, quality control, on time manufacturing and competitive prices.
Can you customize my products in special shape?
Yes, of course, We accept ODM/OEM. we do provide design services and we can help bring your design to life! and please kindly share your design to us so that we could customize the bag for you.
Will you keep our designs confidential?
Guangzhou changqing leather co., ltd. have worked with some big companies that have confidentiality requirements. all communications will be kept confidential and We do sign and honor confidentiality agreements. Simply email us the NDA agreement and we will sign it and email it back to you.
Can I order some samples for our testing?
Yes, we could make samples for your reference the quality first before making bulk order. Samples will be based on your design. Once the sample is completed, we will express it to you for approval.
Revisions can be made if necessary. Once we receive your approval we will start production.
How much does the sample cost?
The cost of sample is 60usd. And once you order meet the quantity, it will be given back to you as a credit towards the final price.
Can you produce based on my design?
Yes, we can produce based on your specifications. ODM&OEM are welcome.
Can I print our logo/barcode/unique QR code/series number onyour products?
Yes. of course and we could customize for you.
What is your Minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 300pcs.
What is the quotation of the bulk?
Pricing is determined and depends on various factors such as how many quantity is your order, the material used, the design and deadline.
Is my job on schedule?
Guangzhou changqing leather co., ltd. works diligently to make sure your job schedule is met on time. Simply call your customer service agent and they can give you immediate updates.
What is your lead time?
For the sample date, it will take around 7 days to make it.
For the bulk production, Lead times depend on the order quantity and the design. Typically it will take around 30-40days to make.
For the urgent order, we could also make it as we discussed.
What about the shipping method?
For small orders, you may choose following expresses: UPS, FedEX
TNT, DHL, EMS, and so on. It will take about 3-10days. For large volume, you may ship the goods or by sea to save cost, it will take about 30-45 days.
What about the payment terms?
For customizing. 40% deposit in advance by T/T, 60% balance should be paid before shipping. Other payment terms might be allowed, but not for first time clients. When the trust relationship is established and the credit check is completed, other payment methods can be negotiated.
Payments or deposits are wired to our company bank account via TT.
For wholesale and retail, pay first, by Paypal, Credit cards, etc. then ship.
