Cancel Order

If the goods are not shipped, a full refund can be made. Refunds are not supported after the goods are sent. The website will process the order within 48 hours after the customer requests to cancel the order. After agreeing to cancel the order, the customer will receive a refund within one day.

 

Return & Exchange

  1. Conditions of return

(1) Return period: All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order; replacements must be made within 90 days of receipt of the order.

(2) Applicable circumstances for return and exchange:

Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:

– New, unused and in original condition;

–The problem of replacing the product is not man-made damage;

– Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.

– Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).

Step 1: You must first contact us providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange with our contact form. we will process the return application within 48 hours and reply to the processing result

Step 2: After the customer receives the response of the processing result, send it back and tell us the tracking number

Step 3 (if exchange): After receives return goods, we will re-ship and update the tracking number

  1. Shipping fee for return

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and insurance, as changqing leather are not held responsible for any lost returns.

(1) After the website receives the returned product, it will take 3 days to process it. If there is no problem with the returned product, the refund will be received within 3 days.

(2) What to do if the refund is not received:

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this contract, changqing leathershall not be liable to the Client for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, costs, expenses or other claims arising out of or in connection with the delivery of changqing leatherServices, the manufacturing or supply of the Goods, their use or resale by the Client or their use by any customer of the Client, and the total liability of changqing leather for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which so arise shall not exceed the price of the Service and Goods in question.
  3. These terms only apply to wholesale and retailing products and do not apply to custom made products.
