  1. Can I track my order?

 

After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.

 

  1. Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

 

Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.

Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email service@changqingleather.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

  1. Can I change my order?

 

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

 

As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via service@changqingleather.com

However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself

 

  1. My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?

 

Contact us at service@changqingleather.com as soon as possible.

 

  1. I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?

 

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please contact with us via service@changqingleather.com and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.

 

  1. When will it be shipped after I place an order?

 

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most retailing and wholesale orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability. The shipping times for customizing order needs to be negotiated, because it will take around 30-40 business days to make after receiving the deposit, which depending on the quantity of the order.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours。

Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
